Terms of use

The service

Hand Count (talkwithwebtraffic.co) lets you show one multiple-choice question on a website you run, or on its own link page, and see an anonymous count of the answers. It is provided by WeldonPC.

Your desk link

Your Count Desk is reached only by its private link. Anyone who has the link can see and change your questions. We never ask for your email, so we cannot recover a lost link.

Your questions

Only put a question on websites you run or have permission to use. Do not use Hand Count to collect personal or sensitive information, to mislead people, to harass anyone or to break any law. WeldonPC may delete questions that break these terms.

Prices

Free: 1 open question and 300 answers a month. Hand Count Plus: $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year per desk. Single Question: $1.00 once for 30 days. During the preview checkout is not open: nothing is charged and every desk has Hand Count Plus free. When payments open, subscriptions renew until you cancel; cancelling keeps Plus to the end of the paid period.

Results

Counts come from visitors who chose to answer. They are not a scientific sample, and we make no promise about what they show.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it never stops. Desks not opened for 18 months are deleted with their questions and answers. If these terms change, the date above changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and WeldonPC's liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
